It’s a 20-Pub Crawl!

Welcome to The Highland Run. This is mostly about a road in Southsea, Portsmouth, England that has quite a lot of pubs in it. You can go in all the pubs, one after another from one end of the road to the other. It’s quite long. This is called a Highland Run, named after Highland Road, even though it turns into Albert Road halfway down. We ignore that.

We’ve got a map of the route so that you can ensure you haven’t strayed off course. Even though it’s basically down one road, people can be easily distracted and lose track of things slightly.

We also have Score Cards to track progress while on Highland Runs with your buddies, adding an element of competition to events.

And we’ve got a breakdown of all the pubs on the route, so if you notice anything interesting or uninteresting about them you can pop a note on the site.

Site Redecorated

Yep, it all looks new. New layout, getting around the site makes a bit more sense now and the vitally important bits (map/rules) are all easier to get to. We’ve started adding a bit of information on the pubs, but feel free to leave comments in defence of the pubs or to make scathing attacks on them. Tweet photos to @highlandrun, or just include #highlandrun in your tweets to get included in the site.
